Let the sun shine in - Macadamias
Let the sun shine into your life.
I took these images at my friend's Macadamia nut farm yesterday at Roelands near Bunbury, for her new Facebook page.
Nuts are available to purchase at the Boyanup markets the fourth Sunday of every month.

How interesting to see the nuts in their raw form, probably taste pretty good fresh too.
ReplyDeleteJill, the first photo looks like the sunbeams were air brushed on, what an amazing capture!
Thanks for linking to Mosaic Monday.
Love, love, love the shot of the sun through the trees. I could look at those scenes forever!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful rays of light shining down through the trees. Is it strange that I always associate macadamia nuts with Hawaii? I suppose that must be America's closest source.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't have known that they can grow here either if my friend wasn't growing them!
DeleteVery interesting, thank you for sharing. Beautiful light coming through the trees.
ReplyDeleteWonderful sun beam!! <3

ReplyDeleteThank you so much. It was lucky really - I was just there at that exact right moment. It is usually very dark under the trees. Serendipity

ReplyDeleteGorgeous!!! What a fantastic photo to market your friend's farm. With the lush green trees and the brilliant rays, one can't help but think how delicious and healthy the nuts must be.
ReplyDeleteMacadamias are my all time favourite nut!! It's just as well there aren't any plantations around here or I would be eating my body weight every day!!
